Die Alocasia Chantrieri ist eine Rarität unter den Alocasien, die durch große, dunkel glänzende Blätter mit gewelltem Rand auffällt, welche an weinroten Blattstielen sitzen. Die Pflanze wirkt dadurch besonders elegant und dramatisch. Es handelt sich um eine Kreuzung aus Alocasia Cuprea und Alocasia Sanderiana.
Location: Light to partial shade, no direct midday sun. Not too cold in winter (at least 15 degrees).
Water requirement: Medium. Keep evenly moist, watering should only be done when the top layer of soil is dry!
Humidity: Increased, at least 60%.
Toxicity: Po isonous!
