Du findest im Webshop Gutscheine, die du anderen direkt per Mail schicken kannst. Wenn ein anderer Versandtag gewählt wird, kommen die Gutscheine erst abends an, auf die Uhrzeit des Versands haben wir leider keinen Einfluss. Man kann sich den Gutschein aber auch selbst schicken und dann entweder per E-Mail oder ausgedruckt verschenken.

We have indicated the pot dimensions for each plant so that you can roughly estimate how big it will be. The size or height of the plant always refers to the total size including the pot.
Bitte beachte aber, dass die Höhe unverbindlich ist und abweichen kann, da jede Pflanze ein Unikat ist und die Größe von vielen Faktoren wie beispielsweise Alter, Jahreszeit, Panaschierung etc. abhängt. Deine Pflanze wird sich also etwas im Aussehen, der Anzahl der Blätter etc. vom Produktfoto unterscheiden!

Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the products in the shopping cart, as the VAT for shipping is calculated as a percentage. For shipping within Germany, the flat-rate shipping price of €6.90 + VAT applies,
abroad, this amount may be higher. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
If you want to give your plants extra protection in cold temperatures, you can optionally add a heat pack to your shopping cart. We strongly recommend this, especially in the months of November - January - February!

We currently ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Austria. Further EU countries are planned. However, we will not be shipping to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or Norway) in the future either.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We ship with DHL as we have had the best experience with them.
Wir versenden in der Regel 1-2x pro Woche, meist zu Beginn der Woche. Nach Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister wird deine Sendung innerhalb von Deutschland in der Regel in 1-3 Werktagen zugestellt. Ab Bestelldatum kann es so zwei bis neun Tage dauern, bis die Produkte zugestellt werden.
Unfortunately, it often happens that shipping is delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses or that parcels are even returned to us. In such cases, we cannot accept any liability if the order is damaged due to these circumstances! Therefore, please check that all details are correct before sending your order.
Unser Ladengeschäft in Karlsruhe ist leider seit August 2025 geschlossen. Wenn du aus der Gegend kommst, kannst Du Pflanzen aber zur Abholung bestellen.
In diesem Fall schreiben wir dich an und bieten dir verschiedene Abholzeiträume an, Du kannst dann einen passenden Termin bestätigen. Abholort ist die Ritterstraße in der Karlsruher Innenstadt.
We only send strong and healthy plants. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that plants arrive stressed or even damaged. If the plant is permanently damaged, please write to us by e-mail after receipt with informative pictures([email protected]). We will find a solution that you are happy with.
We always grant a 14-day guarantee on all goods received. Damage of any kind must be reported within 14 days of receipt. After the 14 days have expired, we can no longer accept complaints.
We are only liable for damage if the plant is in the original condition in which we sent it. If the plant is altered (e.g. shortened, trimmed, repotted or similar), this is done at your own risk and our guarantee is void.
Important note: Please note that it can never be ruled out that individual leaves will be damaged during shipping. This is particularly the case with large plants and plants with large individual leaves or freshly unrolled leaves. Leaves can also turn yellow or fall off due to the stress of shipping. Despite special packaging, this cannot always be avoided, so this is not a reason for complaint! With good care, however, the plants will quickly sprout new leaves.
If you do not like the items you have ordered, please contact us by email. You can find the return conditions in the withdrawal policy. For a full refund, the plants must be returned to us and still be in their original condition. If you are not satisfied (without damage), the plants must be sent to us at your own expense.
Again, it should be emphasized that plants are natural products and no two are alike. The product photos are sample photos, but the delivered plant may always differ slightly in appearance, number of leaves etc. from the photo.
In der kalten Jahreszeit verschicken wir Pflanzen nur, wenn die Temperaturen tagsüber im positiven Bereich sind und nachts auf maximal minus fünf Grad sinken. Wir versenden in stabilen, robusten Spezialkartons, die gut abdichten und nutzen wenn nötig isolierende Folie.
We will inform you if there are any delays due to temperature. In addition, there is the option in the shopping cart to add a heatpack to your order for two euros if you do not want to wait too long. Without an ordered heatpack we can not take any liability for cold damage, so we strongly recommend to order one in case of cool temperatures.
The plant passport of our plants is either printed on the plastic pot or on the care instructions. If you cannot find the plant passport, you are welcome to contact us and we will send you a digital plant passport.
Leider ist unser Ladengeschäft geschlossen. Du kann aber trotzdem zur Abholung in der Karlsruher Innenstadt (Ritterstr.) bestellen. Wir kontaktieren dich dann und sprechen einen Abholtermin ab.
