You can find vouchers in the store that you can send to others by mail. They are valid both in the online store and in the store.
The product photos are sample photos. We have given dimensions for each plant, so you can roughly estimate how big it will be. The size or height of the plant always refers to the total size including pot. Please note that the dimensions are not binding and may vary, because each plant is unique and the size depends on many factors such as age, season, etc.. Your plant will therefore differ slightly in appearance, number of leaves, etc. from the product photo!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select individual plants in advance. However, our staff on site will always select the strongest plants currently available for you!
Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the products in the shopping cart, as the VAT for shipping is calculated as a percentage. In Germany the shipping price is a flat rate of €7.90 + VAT, abroad it may be higher. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
If you need extra protection for your plants in cold temperatures, you can optionally add a heat pack to your shopping cart for 2€.
Please send an e-mail to [email protected], but sometimes we can no longer consider changes despite our best efforts. Please check your order carefully before you send it!
Our shipping process is automated, so the shipping date cannot be set in advance. We are therefore unable to bring forward or hold back orders!
We currently ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus and Austria. Further EU countries are planned. However, we will not be shipping to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or Norway) in the future either.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We ship with DHL as we have had the best experience with them.
We usually ship 1-2 times a week, usually at the beginning of the week. After handover to the shipping service provider, your shipment is usually delivered within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment by email, which you can use to track your order. Depending on the constellation and order volume, it can take up to 14 days for the order to arrive. Normally, however, it takes three to seven days.
Unfortunately, it happens again and again that the shipment is delayed due to incorrectly specified shipping addresses or the packages are even returned to us. In such cases, we can not guarantee if the order is damaged due to the circumstances! Therefore, please check if all information is correct before sending your order.
All plants shown as in stock are available in our store. In addition, there are many more plants and individual items available in the store that are not listed online. We also often have special offers in the store, which are announced via Instagram. So it's definitely worth a visit!
We only send strong and healthy plants. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that plants arrive stressed or even damaged. If the plant is permanently damaged, please write to us by e-mail after receipt with informative pictures([email protected]). We will find a solution that you are happy with. Damage of any kind must be reported within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days we can no longer accept complaints.
We are only liable for damage if the plant is in the original condition in which we sent it. If the plant is modified (e.g. shortened, trimmed, repotted or similar), this is done at your own risk.
Important note: Please note that it can never be ruled out that individual leaves will be damaged during shipping, this is particularly the case with large plants and plants with large individual leaves or freshly unrolling leaves. Leaves can also turn yellow or fall off due to the stress of shipping. Despite special packaging, this cannot always be avoided, so this is not a reason for complaint! With good care, however, the plants will quickly sprout new leaves.
Likewise, especially with sensitive plants, it may be that they will lose leaves after arrival due to acclimatization to new conditions. This is also completely normal! With suitable care conditions, they will also sprout again quickly.
If you do not like the items you have ordered, please contact us by email. You can find the return conditions in the withdrawal policy. For a full refund, the plants must be returned to us and still be in their original condition. If you are not satisfied (without damage), the plants must be sent to us at your own expense.
Again, it should be emphasized that plants are natural products and no two are alike. The product photos are sample photos, but the delivered plant may always differ slightly in appearance, number of leaves etc. from the photo.
In January we are closed. During the rest of the cold season, we ship plants only when temperatures are in the positive range during the day and drop to a maximum of minus five degrees at night. We ship in sturdy, robust special boxes that seal well.
We will inform you if there are any delays due to temperature. In addition, there is the option in the shopping cart to add a heatpack to your order for two euros if you do not want to wait too long. Without an ordered heatpack we can not take any liability for cold damage, so we strongly recommend to order one in case of cool temperatures.
The plant passport of our plants is either printed on the plastic pot or on the care instructions. If you cannot find the plant passport, you are welcome to contact us and we will send you a digital plant passport.
Once you have ordered a plant for collection, you can pick it up directly after ordering during opening hours (Wed-Fri 13-19h, Sat 11-18h).
Payment
In the online store payment is possible via PayPal, bank transfer and credit card. In the store we offer cash and card payment.
