Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

We currently deliver only within the EU.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge approx. 7.90 euros + VAT per order for delivery within Germany and more for delivery abroad, depending on the destination country. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing plants). This means that the shipping flat rate can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.

The delivery time is 3 - 14 days after receipt of payment. Upon shipment, we automatically send a shipping confirmation by mail, which contains the shipment numbers of the respective packages.
