Alocasia Chantrieri is a rarity among the Alocasia family, which stands out due to its large, dark, glossy leaves with wavy edges, which sit on wine-red leaf stalks. This gives the plant a particularly elegant and dramatic appearance. It is a cross between Alocasia Cuprea and Alocasia Sanderiana.
Location: Light to partial shade, no direct midday sun. Not too cold in winter (at least 15 degrees).
Water requirement: Medium. Keep evenly moist, watering should only be done when the top layer of soil is dry!
Humidity: Increased, at least 60%.
Toxicity: Po isonous!
