Anoectochilus Roxburghii x Ludisia Discolor is a beautiful jewel orchid just like its congeners. It has reddish-brown leaves that have a velvety sheen and are crisscrossed with bright, garish, pink leaf veins. These look very similar to a spider's web, hence the nickname 'Spiderman'. This plant tends to grow more in width and less in height, meaning it 'creeps' on the surface of the soil. Jewel orchids need proper care to impress with their beautiful appearance:
Location: Partial shade is sufficient
Water requirements: The substrate should be kept constantly slightly(!) moist
Humidity: Jewel Orchids feel very comfortable with high humidity (about 70%). They are very suitable for keeping in a terrarium.
Toxicity: Consumption is poisonous
