Hoya Kerrii

Hoyas, also called wax flowers, are a very diverse genus. The leaves of the Hoya Kerrii are heart-shaped. Caution. The Hoya Kerrii is often sold as a single rooted leaf, because they have the shape of a heart. A single rooted Hoya leaf cannot continue to grow unless part of the stem has also been cut off. This is usually not the case. Here, on the other hand, you get a whole plant 😊

Standort: Gebe dieser Hoya viel Licht, aber keine direkte Mittagssonne (auch wenn sie diese mit viel Gewöhnung sicherlich verträgt, aber sicher ist sicher) damit die Panaschierung stark ausgeprägt ist. Sie ist eine einfache Pflanze!

Water requirements: Wax flowers store water in their leaves, which is why they are also succulents. Therefore, the substrate can be quiet dry. Since they are also epiphytes, i.e. grow in nature on trees and not in the ground, the substrate should be very airy. This is achieved by mixing in, for example, bark, perlite and the like.

Humidity: 40%-60%
