Hoyas, also known as wax flowers, are a very diverse genus. The leaves of the Hoya Kerrii Variegata are heart-shaped and variegated on the outside. Attention! The Hoya Kerrii is sold here as a single rooted leaf, as these have the shape of a heart. A single rooted Hoya leaf can no longer continue to grow unless part of the stem has also been cut off.

Location: Give this Hoya plenty of light, but not direct midday sun (although it certainly tolerates it with a lot of habituation, but better safe than sorry). She is an easy plant!

Water requirements: Wax flowers store water in their leaves, which is why they are also succulents. Therefore, the substrate can be quiet dry. Since they are also epiphytes, i.e. grow in nature on trees and not in the ground, the substrate should be very airy. This is achieved by mixing in, for example, bark, perlite and the like.

Humidity: 40%-60%

Toxicity: Hoyas are not toxic
