Expandable moss stick in olive green (5cm diameter)

Climbing plants need support as they grow upwards in order to develop ever larger leaves and grow into particularly stately specimens. In addition to a high-quality substrate, moss sticks filled with a material into which the plants can root are particularly suitable here. Our moss sticks consist of 20 cm long segments that can be extended as required so that you can perfectly support any of your favorite plants! The segments are not plugged in, but have precisely fitting threads that ensure a particularly stable rod that can easily hold even large plants. With the starter set, you receive a segment including a sturdy ground socket with which you can insert the pole into the ground. With an extension, i.e. a 20 cm segment, you can extend the pole up to your desired height. As a special highlight, we also offer you an optional matching watering tank, which is screwed onto the top of the pole. It has a small hole on the underside through which the irrigation water slowly runs into the stick, watering it evenly from above! Would you like to fill your moss stick directly? No problem! We offer living sphagnum as filling material, which is perfect for rooting. For a 20 cm segment with a diameter of 5 cm, you need about 0.4 liters of sphagnum. All parts of the moss stick are made from a sustainable organic plastic based on corn starch. This special plastic is robust, moisture-resistant and can still be recycled under certain conditions.
