Begonia Amphioxus is a very special begonia species. It has very delicate and detailed leaves, reminiscent of Begonia Maculata. The leaves have the shape of angel wings and the edge is reddish colored and wavy. On the tops of the leaves there are small red-brown dots, which are very characteristic for this plant.
This begonia remains comparatively small and compact, it grows shrubby.
Light requirements: Bright to partial shade, no direct sunlight
Water requirements: Keep the soil constantly moist but make sure it is not too wet!
Humidity: Average.
Toxicity: Po isonous!
