Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

At the moment, we only deliver within the EU.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge approx. €6.90 + VAT per order for delivery within Germany; for international delivery, more depending on the destination country. The shipping costs will be clearly shown again in the cart system and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. Since VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g. when buying plants). This means the flat-rate shipping fee can only be calculated definitively during the checkout process.

Delivery time is 3–9 days after payment is received. Once your order ships, we automatically send a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking numbers for each parcel.
