Philodendron Billietiae Black is a hybrid of Philodendron Billietiae x Atabapoense. The plant has reddish leaf stems and large, elongated leaves that can grow to almost one meter in length when fully grown.
This arum plant is a hemiphyte, which means that the Philodendron can live in soil as well as on other plants. We have had particularly good experiences with mineral substrate for this Philodendron. You can find out more about the right substrate here.
Habitat: The rarity is not particularly demanding in terms of care. It needs a bright location without direct sun.
Humidity: Average humidity is sufficient.
Watering: Watering Philodendron Billietiae should be done only after the top layer of soil has dried.
