Flat, extendable moss pole by Plantscraper

Plantscraper’s moss poles feature a special slow-dry system that retains moisture for longer, keeping your plants hydrated for extended periods. These premium, foldable D-shaped poles are perfect for supporting climbing plants. They have hexagonal cutouts where aerial roots can grow and anchor themselves in moss or any other filling substrate of your choice.

For extra stability, we also offer matching anchors for the poles to keep them secure in the pot. We recommend our sphagnum moss or aroid substrate as filling substrate. To attach plants to the moss pole, the plant climbing tape is an ideal addition, and for watering there’s also the practical spray bottle.

Only when your plants get adequate climbing support will they develop larger leaves. You can also fill the pole with different substrates, such as an aroid mix, bark, xaxim, coco coir, coconut shells, and much more. Make sure to water the substrate from the top and keep the moss moist. A matching drip irrigation system is also available for this.
