The unusual dwarf pitcher is a real rarity among carnivorous plants. The trap leaves are shaped into small pitchers, which lie in a cluster on the ground and attract small insects.

The unique shape and drawing of the jugs creates the wow effect in the Urban Jungle.

Location: Very bright and sunny, but the roots must always be kept cool. Therefore, it is best to cultivate in large clay pots, for example.

Water requirements: Keep evenly moist. Never allow to dry out! Water only lime-free water.

Humidity: The dwarf pitcher requires an increased humidity of at least 60%.

Substrate: Do not use normal potting soil. Mix unfertilized peat with perlite and sand, Sphagnum perlite or special soil for carnivorous plants. Do not fertilize!

Toxicity: Non-toxic to animals.

Other: Unfortunately, the dwarf pitcher is somewhat susceptible to fungi. Therefore, its location should be well ventilated to prevent infestation.
