Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our withdrawal button at https://www.urban-jungle.store/vertrag-widerrufen/. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please handle the goods only to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality. For plants, the permissible inspection also includes usual, necessary care such as appropriate watering and species-appropriate placement. Changes that go beyond usual care (e.g., repotting, pruning, or improper handling) may result in compensation for loss of value.

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
